Description

The 3-volume inflatable penile prosthesis Titan^® is a self-contained system filled with saline and made of silicone with a Bioflex covering. Bioflex is a flexible yet durable biopolymer material. It is designed to mimic the appearance and performance of a natural erection. The implant provides voluntary control over the states of penile erection and flaccidity with a release activated at a touch. The Titan is designed for easy patient training, easier deflation of the device, and a quicker return to the flaccid state. (cf. 1,4)

The Titan is offered in both standard cylinder and narrow base styles, in either the penoscrotal or infrapubic approach, and in lengths ranging from 10 cm to 28 cm, depending on the style.
